SHIPPING INFO.

Order Confirmation / Tracking Details

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email from us.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorise your credit card or other transaction methods for the purchase.  As soon as we receive your order, we will re ensure the stock availability for your order. If your order is not in stock at our hand, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  
 
If your order is available for immediate shipment, we will process the order (generally takes 2 ~ 5 business days) and submit the order for shipment. If your item, on the other hand, is on backorder or unavailable for the shipment, we will void the pre-authorisation on your payment method made earlier and reach out to you via your registered email for further arrangement. 
A shipping confirmation with tracking details is emailed to you as soon as your order has been shipped, which will allow you to track the status of your shipment by visiting our Track Order page. 
If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days from the date of your order placed, please contact us immediately via customercare@lifengear.com  so we can investigate the matter ASAP.

 

Shipping / Delivery Time

Since our warehouses are located around the world, shipping time can vary depending on the delivery region or item availability.

FYI, the majority of items are shipped from warehouses located in China or Australia

Please find the below information for an estimated delivery time.

For orders from Australia, it generally takes 5 ~ 10 business days. However, in some cases, depending on the delivery region or item availability, the delivery can take up to 10 ~ 25 working days.

For International orders, it can generally take up to 2 ~ 4 weeks.

These aforementioned duration of the delivery time do not include order processing time of 2~5 business days.

You can get an estimated delivery time by tracking down your order status as soon as your order shipped out from our warehouse.

*** Please note that your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders are delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Damaged Goods:

Even though we try our best to ensure all merchandise are in good quality and working order to meet with your utmost satisfaction, however, in some freak accidents, the goods can come damaged in transit.

Therefore, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) carefully when they arrive, if you notice any damage on the item, you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrived with the damaged in transit, please email us a copy of the invoice(or order number), with some photos of the damaged goods to customercare@lifengear.com so we can start to investigate the matter and process the return claim accordingly.

Please note that customers are responsible for customs duties and taxes for all imported orders. While customs duties can occur, they are not to be expected, are extremely rare, and entirely out of our control of our hand.
