General information on Returns / Refunds / 30 Days Money Back Guarantee

Our return policy is applied for 30 days upon the date of the purchase. If 30 days passed from the date of the purchase, unfortunately, we can not offer you a refund or an exchange on the order.

To be eligible for a return or an exchange, your item/s must be unused, in the original packaging and a resalable condition, otherwise, the return or exchange will not be accepted.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, which are perishable goods such as food, flowers and newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Also, following product ranges are not returnable, gift cards, downloadable software products, some health and personal care items.

As the receiver it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.

 

***Return or Exchange Procedures ***

To arrange a return or exchange, please comply with the following return procedures;

1) Firstly, please email us to customercare@lifengear.com with the proof of your purchase, such as the invoice for the purchase and any reasons for the return. If you send us some photos of the product related to the return claim, it would be helpful for us to inspect and proceed the claim.
2) Once we have received your return claim and if accepted according to our return policy, we will then confirm by sending you an email included a RAN (Return Authorisation Number) and further details of return instructions on where to send the returned item(s), etc...

Please note that we, LIFENGEAR.COM, will not cover the cost of return shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in case the return pick-ups are to be arranged by LIFENGEAR.COM. 

The return address will be informed during the return procedures.

***Refunds (If applicable)***
Once your item(s) are received and inspected by us, we will reach you by email or phone to notify you that we have received your returned item(s), We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your claim on refund or exchange.
If the items are in an acceptable condition for an exchange or a refund then an exchange item(s) will be shipped to you or a credit(refund) will be applied to your original method of payment. The refund can take up to two weeks to appear on your statement.
For your information, you will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on the location you live, the completion of the return process time may vary.

For your information, the shipping costs are non-refundable. When returning an item to us over $50, we strongly recommend that you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item and can not refund returned orders unless we receive the returned item(s).

***Late or missing refunds (if applicable)*** 

If you have not received a refund yet, firstly please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next possible step would be contacting your bank as there could be often some processing time before a refund is registered on your account statement.

***Exchanges (if applicable)*** 
We only replace items if the item are defective or damaged. If you like to exchange it with the same item, just let us know via email at customercare@lifengear.com then we will confirm with you if it is available.

***Sale items (if applicable)*** 
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 

***Cancellations (if applicable)***
Generally, we only accept the cancellation within 24 hours from the time of the purchase.
The orders, if accepted, cancelled after 24 hours are subject to AUD $15 administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If the order was(were) shipped by the time of cancellation, the buyer is liable for paying the return shipping cost.
