Q: How do I order on your website?

A) Simply scroll and find the product of your choice amongst of products offered in the lifengear.com and click the 'ADD TO CART' button. Fill in your shipping and billing details and then we will have your order shipped to you as soon as possible.

Q: How long does shipping take?

A) Our warehouses are located in Australia & China and majority of items are shipped from warehouses located in both countries.

Shipping time can vary depending on the delivery region or item availability, please find the below information for an estimated delivery time.

It will generally take 10 ~ 15 business days to complete the delivery. However, in some cases, depending on the delivery region or item availability, the delivery can take up to 25 working days.

You can find out an estimated delivery time by tracking down your order status as soon as your order shipped out from our warehouse.

Your order may be delivered to you by either Australia Post or one of international couriers. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by one of your local post services, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

A) Upon placing your order, please allow up to 2~5 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfilment warehouses will pack your ordered item(s) and ship out as soon as possible. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive an email from us with a tracking number (Only available for "Secure Shipping Option") for your order. The tracking number allows you to track your order status in real time. You can track up to date order status via our website, "Track Order" page.

Please contact us if you do not receive tracking confirmation after 5 business days from the day you completed your payment.

As the receiver, it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or the courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.

Q: Ordered multiple items, why did I only receive partial delivery?

A) If your order is more than one item, in some case your order may come in multiple shipments and each shipment will generate its own tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as each shipment is sent out.

For your ongoing order tracking update, you may also visit our website at any time and click on 'Track Order' page to find out up to date shipping progress of your order.

If, for any reason, you did not receive the order tracking number or did not see any updates from our track order page even after 5 business days from the date of order placed, please contact us via customercare@lifengear.com immediately so we can investigate the matter in order to assist you accordingly.

Q: Do you ship Internationally?

A) Yes, we do international shipping, if you encounter any problem during the checkout process for your country, please let us know via dropping an email at customercare@lifengear.com

Q: Placed an order but I didn’t receive an order confirmation email… What should I do then?

A) Don’t panic!  In most cases, the email goes to your SPAM or JUNK mail folder so please kindly check your SPAM or JUNK mail folder in your email account to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

If the email does not appear in the spam folder, it probably did not reach out to you. It is not uncommon that email addresses are entered with a minor typo. In this case, do not hesitate to contact our Customercare team via customercare@lifengear.com our experienced staff will update your contact info and will resend you the order confirmation for your reference.

Q: Is your website secure with my personal information?

A) Absolutely! LIFENGEAR.COM use SSL security, which is one of the highest industry standards, We ensure that all your personal information is encrypted. We do not store your credit card information and it will be used one-time only upon purchasing of your product. Then your credit card information is automatically purged.

Q: Does LIFENGEAR.COM provide a quality guarantee for all the products being sold?

A) Absolutely! even if we try our best to ensure that all merchandise are in good quality and working order to meet with your utmost satisfaction, however, in some freak accidents, the goods can come damaged in transit.

Q: What if I need to cancel or change the order?

A) If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately via customercare@lifengear.com. Since we process and ship orders quickly as possible. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.
